My 5yo is really hard on shoes, and has to wear black or brown non-athletic shoes for his private school. I’ve gone through probably 7 pairs of shoes in one school year but everything we try gives him blisters or wears our quickly. We bought him black Hey Dudes a few months ago and it has changed our morning routine drastically. He loves them, they’re easy to put on, they’re comfortable, and I no longer have to have a 20-min argument with my tantrum-throwing child about putting shoes on. I own a couple pair myself and they’re the only shoes I wear anymore.
