Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for handbags)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Insoles & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
Return & Exchange Process

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Handbag Muse Shop is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
