Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: We ship globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas). Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Handbag Muse purchase as much as we love curating our collection. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you should know:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for handbags)
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Insoles & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange for specific item if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any additional requirements

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Include in your return package:

  • Original packaging (including dust bags or protective covers)
  • All tags and authenticity cards
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Handbag Muse Shop is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Details

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days after return approval
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Deductions:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
