• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 International Orders

We ship globally except to parts of Asia and certain remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service first. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for handbags)
• Proof of purchase is required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Insoles & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back with all original packaging and documentation
4. We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow:

• 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
• 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds

5.5 Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles (subject to availability). For exchanges:

• We cover standard shipping for the replacement item
• You will be charged any price difference if the new item costs more
• We will refund any difference if the new item costs less
